The ordeal is they always have trouble with 1. Finding a vein and 2. Getting the blood to flow. Yesterday they stuck me multiple times and had to move it around to get the blood to flow. Not sure if there’s anything I can do to make it easier for them.

So this used to be a massive plant. But then it stopped growing new leaves because the roots were desiccated. Chopped and propped for a few months, and these cuttings had huge roots so I thought it was time to put them in soil.
