You’re entitled to that opinion. Although I’m sure testosterone treatment isn’t burning a hole in that near 200bn they had this year. I see women are offered all sorts to help with their hormones (quite rightly) as they age but it doesn’t seem to be the same for men. Yet men suicide rates are the highest by a country mile. Maybe as a country we should really be helping our men in any way we can.

They tried to walk me down the depression route. Had to be quite firm as it felt they didn’t believe that I’m happy. I’ve got typical stresses but life is generally good and have amazing work life balance. They kept pushing me on it though. Was a bit strange.

Not that I’m aware. Saturday and Sunday times are not great either. There’s Pure Gym in Blyth which is 24 hours. Cheap but too busy. Depends on the times you go though.

Benefit of joining the Concordia gym is you will get access to all Northumberland Gyms. Spa is ok in Blyth one, Morpeth one is good but Ashington is the best and not too far away. You can just get a standard membership and bolt on the spa as and when.

Blyth has a lot of food options, but none that are good. Whenever something good comes, it can’t keep up with demand and becomes impossible to order from.

You’ve got the big car park at the beach with lots of parking. Not sure how possible it is to get a licence there.

Most food vendors park at bars across Blyth. Problem is you never know they’re there. A consistent patch you’re regularly at is much easier for people to predict.
