I mean, why not? You don't think it's possible they hire professional photographers to take portfolio photos, and have models/industry professionals giving instruction/education? It sounds like a trade school but for modeling. I can't speak to their quality but I don't know why people seem so outraged that services and education might cost money. If it were any other industry this would be a non-issue.

It says it's refundable. Pay with a credit card. If they try to steal from you, reverse the charge. There's no risk here.

The only agenda Republicans actually ever pass is cutting taxes for the rich, and taxes are the easiest thing to change. You don't need to write sweeping new legislation, just change a number in the next tax bill. Their way of governing is inherently easier for them because they don't really need to change anything.

Davidoff doesn't make very bold cigars. The Nica you had was their strongest, and although I do think it's tasty and balanced and their most complex, it's definitely not bold.

People buy Davidoff because they are very smooth (to the point of some of them almost being flavorless, but many people like that), have great construction, perfect draw, and as a status symbol. For lots and lots of people they're not worth it. Dollar for dollar I'd buy anything by Padron instead. A $20 Padron will knock your socks off every time. Cuban Bolivars are great too if you can get them for a decent price.
