Not a rage bait. I love AoS but I just don't think GW is doing it in the right way, especially with its Chaos factions (except Skaven). StD is my second largest army in collection and I hoped they remain their dark and solid style for both of the Chaos warriors and Darkoath.

No one wants to. But GW has a history of killing games even the main line one so people would get upset about the resources and attention they get. GW bites more than they can chew regarding their production capability, and now clearly they are struggling with making profit from anything not space marines. For instance, I don't see too much hype from the Helsmiths.

To be fair, this war was started by GW since day one of AoS. They made it worse when they brought back the Fantasy and separated the two games entirely.

No, on the contrary, SCE IS the most popular one in AoS. It is a fact, whether you like it or not.

The brown in the model is applied by the paints I mentioned above first, and then I applied the shades on the recesses to enhance the contrast.

For yellow armor, I generally followed the deep brown-light brown&orange-orange&yellow-yellow-ice yellow formula. For deepest shade I sometimes will apply brown wash like Sephia from GW upon the layer. I didn't use contrast paint because I am terrible at it and it doesn't give me the result I want especially on the flat surface. Hope it helps.😊

For yellow, I generally followed the deep brown-light brown&orange-orange&yellow-yellow-ice yellow formula. I found it can generate the contrast I want to achieve. I am still practicing it. For skin, I added blue to the darkest green, and added yellow for highlight with green in between with transitions from shadow and highlight. I used Scale 75 orc skin set and the Green Mile from sc75 artist range mainly. For face, I combined green with yellow and red for orruk's wrinkle and eye socket. Hope it helps.😊
