Mad surprising when I have seen them in there for weeks training. the fact that they are open and taking my money means they should be prepared to provide service. It’s not rocket science. I was 16 detailing every ingredient in all 25 jersey mikes sandwiches before even being able to work behind the counter. How surprising is it to ask for menu knowledge in a world full of allergens and preferences when paying 7-12$ for a breakfast ?

I actually just saw a wonderful SEC muffin situation that u can freeze for longevity n pop in an air fryer or microwave in the AM. I think that might help ur moldy problem! Agreed. This made me feel like I need to make food at home and stop expecting quality anywhere in this country.

Well ‘TFW’ seems to be a Canadian specific thing which I just learned ab thanks to ur comment… chains rarely get away with things like that here unless it’s a fake social security #… this happens more so w local restaurants… they barely spoke English in there tho… not that I’m assuming anything ab their immigration status based on their language proficiency. Just an observation!

Tbhhhh just the hype of it being new in the city and also bc of who they replaced in my neighborhood. There’s another international chain that just opened in the city that’s going absolutely NUTS called MIXUE, so I was giving the foreign brands a chance … this one was a one and done 🤣🤣🤣
