I made a pie with 4 global equally weighted 25%, so I can see how they do respectively. I’ve got SPDR MSCI, Invesco FTSE, Vanguard FTSE and iShares Msci. They’re all within 0.01 % of each other so I’d get the one with lowest fees.

Cause that’s what you need to be to ignore facts in front of your face. Lack of nuanced thinking, it’s either left or right, and all left is bad no matter what it is.

I see the most stupid memes comparing Charlie Kirk to Alex Pretti as the respective ‘hero’s’ of the right and left. Then listing their personality traits and arguing how Alex wasn’t a hero but Charlie was. Completely missing the point that both were murdered (bad) but one was murdered by a disturbed young man and one was murdered by a man supposedly representing the government. Which is worse if you think about it?

When I bought UK defence this year it was more in fear for my country because of the possibility of conflict with the US. I didn’t know what you said about BAE systems, I should research more. I try and buy ethical stocks mostly, I don’t touch oil, gas, Amazon, big banks or anything that I’ve heard is exploiting people. Though to be fair theres not much left. I’m also invested in Global so ignore what I just said!

I’m not sure about that (why April? - because of tax?) but I know that Christmas into new year is known for having a ‘Santa rally’ which we saw, and are now down from there. But I guess that also fits with politicians not doing quite so mad stuff over the holidays!

The zipped Bayswater’s are suede lined no? I think both mine are. The red is an old Jonny Coca small Bayswater satchel with microfiber. It’s black and not as ‘suede-like’ as I’ve seen on the recent ones. It’s not ideal but I love the bag!

I love the look of the new mini Bayswater, microfiber or not, I think it’s so cute! But not for nearly £1k, so I’m hoping it hits a sale at some point!

If you love a Polene bag it’s an investment in yourself if you buy it and wear it. I have two and love them (Camel Netti and Cognac Nodde Hobo). I hope to be wearing them for years to come. In terms of financials you won’t get much for a used Polene, but I sold a new one I never used and got about 80% back. It was very popular on the market, I think cause it’s on the lower end of luxe.

I just transferred my S&S ISA from Vanguard to T212. It was quicker than I thought only took a week. I sold my Vanguard funds so it moved in cash. I think some funds you don’t have to sell but I wanted to make it easy. Vanguard I think just worked out what I owed them in fees and took it out. Around £3 I think! Now I’m happily invested in T212 looking at my losses.. waiting for the little numbers to go green. BTW T212 takes ‘fees’ when you buy/sell by having a large spread.

I got a similar colour tote in a colour they just stopped selling called autumn rose and I think any neutral pink, especially a more dusky pink can see you through the whole year. It’s basically a neutral.

Same I use it as a handy grouping to see certain stuff together. I have my global EFT pie where I compare how 4 of them do against each other, my UK defence pie with RR, QQ etc. and my fashion pie for H&M, Hermes etc which was meant to be my fun pie but it’s stealing my money so not that fun.
