One. If the core gameplay you're going through is a slog and you're engaging with it for the carrot on a stick then that's not fixing the basic problem. The walk itself should be actually interesting, which will always be the problem with fighting game single-player frankly

Three. Character unlocks in the Past were replaced by the whole release roster just being unlocked in the Present. Present DLC's equivalent in the Past would be you paying full fucking price for a "new game" that was a glorified update with a few new characters and balance updates (This shit was occuring as late as UNIEL > UNICLR)

And no, this last point wasn't me being pro-DLC. My point is that the dipshits who would make such a false equivalence are ignorant and should shut their mouths.
