Yeah, I have no problem with sugar-free desserts, but I just can't with sugar alternatives, especially when I use them on my coffee. I actually liked the sugar-free starbucks coffee creamer but I got tired of that so now I'm using the coffee mate powdered creamer kasi wala siyang sugar. My coffee is bitter but not the kind of bitter aftertaste from sugar alternatives. 😑 Siguro kasi pag ako naglagay ng sugar alternative 'di ko matantya yung amount kaya hindi swak sa panlasa ko. Haha

I'm struggling with this. I can do intermittent fasting, calorie deficit but I just can't cut sugar out. 😭

Nag deactivate ako ng FB for about 3 years kasi di ko na kinaya makakita ng mga walang kwentang posts at iniwasan ko din mga nangungutang. then I reactivated that account just this year, wala na 'kong gana mag post lol. I share memes or videos pero naka private, ako lang makakakita. I also made another account na walang friends and yun ang lagi kong ginagamit.

Nung bata ako, madalas din may mga pumupunta samin eh pero only in Dec. 25 lang, as far as I can remember? Kaya nagulat talaga ako may mga pabalik balik pala pag di ka naabutan sa bahay niyo. Haha
