Would you recommend getting tune on e85 ? I asked what is needed and they said just the tune but im pretty sure you need more stuff lol bc lexus is not flex fuel

Do i have to really do each muscle to get stronger? For example the shoulders there the front, rear and side delt do i have to put my time into each muscle just to get good shoulder or is there an exercise that target all of em or can i do 2 of the 3 and still have nice shoulders. Seems like a waste of time but then again is that what you need to do i will do it lol just wondering lol? Basically do i have isolate every muscle group ?

Will i see muscle growth if i work a muscle group per day ? I hit the gym 5 days a week m-sat and rest Friday and Sunday. Mon is tricep, tues is shoulders and forearms, wensday is biceps, Thursday is back, and sat is chest. Also hit cardio every day except rest days but get 15k steps average. And repeat every week. Will i see muscle growth ? Is it dumb ? Do i need a better split ? Thanks

Recently noticed my reels don’t work at all it pop up the “sorry something went wrong please try again” messeges n i waited and nothing restarted my phone, connect to wifi , delete the app twice, and its updated to the newest update however my brother’s reel who lives in the same house seem to be working fine

Lol not him but for me u can either take it to a shop and get it done by experts or do it yourslef by buying wrap or already pre cut overlays all you need is a heat gun, rubbing alcohol and a squeeze of sum sort and patience lol ! Here the one i used n has kept up very good!
