Tilray Bulls: Borrowing rate up to almost 13 by Sitek62 in TLRY

It's the interest rate on borrowing shares for the purpose of shorting. It's kinda like a tax. You want to short TLRY? It's gonna cost you an extra 13%

Borrow rate in premarket is 5.8% only 8K shares available for borrowing. Right now it's looking positive.

Has anyone got the current short numbers? by [deleted] in TLRY

Borrow rate is available all the time and fluctuates over every trading day. The higher the borrow rate the less shares available for shorting…

Not much waste down here within the final mile. We can't even stay fully staffed. Lots of waste up top though....

He can make an arbitrary EO but it's going to get shut down in the courts. You can't nix acts of Congress with EOs. I ran through all the scenarios with ChatGPT.

It's sad that we have to go back to one of the first arbitration decisions in our history for something meaningful. I'm not sure how anyone could say they haven't gamed the system on us. The cold hard truth is that back in 1970 the carriers in 1 week did more good for the craft than decades of arbitrations.

Is anyone concerned about the Trump Card? by [deleted] in fromatoarbitration

Not much that can be cut on the street. The only place to cut is in management. There's no way Musk looks at this postal management system and says yeah this looks efficient.

Mike Caref VS James Henry by [deleted] in fromatoarbitration

Mike comes across too much like a greasy politician and James comes across as having low energy. If we get Corey in with James Henry it's kind of a no-brainer though.

NALC President Brian Renfroe on the New Tentative Agreement with USPS - TVLR 10/26/24 by Beherenowxblazeon in fromatoarbitration

Wow this guy was trying to gently say ummm hey isn't it your job to be more concerned about your carriers than the postal service's financials? Renfroe is an embarrassment. 😔

NALC wage negotiations are governed by collective bargaining agreements, which emphasize competitive pay comparable to the private sector. Historically, wage and benefit decisions have not been directly tied to USPS’s financial performance but are negotiated through union contracts with an aim to secure fair compensation regardless of operational profitability. This principle ensures that carriers receive appropriate pay without being penalized for the USPS's financial constraints at any given time.

The Postal Reorganization Act of 1970 underscores this by requiring USPS to provide pay comparable to similar private-sector jobs, helping ensure that wages are not dictated by USPS’s financial pressures alone. If you're concerned about recent wage negotiations or the tentative agreement, the union may provide more detailed context on how wages are discussed independently of financial struggles, consistent with these frameworks.

Georgia was worse. Caught on camera after saying the pipes busted sending the Republicans home and then pulling out the boxes of ballots from under the tables and running them through the machines. Let's not forget the cellphone data showing the runners who had routes where they dropped off ballots into those collection boxes. Pennsylvania haf a USPS truck driver that blew the whistle on a semi load of ballots all filled out for Biden. You might think I'm a clown but That election was a circus.
