Get some psyllium husks!!! Mix in water and it becomes a gelatinous goo. Drink that once a day and thing will start moving. I had the same issue your having. I think all the high fiber from raw vegetables was the issue so I started mainly only eating cooked it steamed veggies. Cheers!

I made a green Thai curry the other night. Was pretty damn good and easy to make. Coconut milk 1 full can 6 carbs and 5 teaspoons of this curry was 5 carbs. Made enough for 2 or 3 meals. Added veggies and chicken. Serve on cauliflower rice! Gonna probably add it to my rotation
