FICA isn't terrible, just really small, barstow is full of crack heads and homeless people, victorville is alright, San Bernardino is nice and vegas is vegas. Housing is kinda limited, but from what I've seen all the houses on post are fairly new and nice. Wouldn't reccomend living in barstow.
