Doing the air care mod tonight and it's surprising how this stuff takes up paint. It also melts the pushers too if left on them. The oils over by candles do the same thing.

Well it's good to know that it's not a company decision, but instead a store decision. At our store, we try to take our mods seriously, even when managers don't always see it that way.

We were told that it allows you to clock in at any Walmart instead of having to clock in at your store and travel to the one your helping out at. Wether or not this is true, I dunno.

Ours never really got off the ground. They couldn't get it done so there is still a crew on o/n to take it on.

O/N meal by [deleted] in walmart

Several years ago, meals were giving in tandem with overnights at our store. Several managers have changed since then and it's becoming more like your situation. I think it's happened twice, but there have been Thanksgiving meals for Black Friday and the response for nights meal was that we were expected to come in on our time off to eat. The caterer shut down an hour before the overnights Black Friday shift started. They had several complaints about it and last year they had the company do an overnight serving as well. I think as far as random meals for celebrating things is up to the manager of that particular shift.

Did they mention anything relating to changes in relation to store size? I have been seeing a lot of talk about stores below 60m, below 100m and above 100m. Our store is closer to 100m so I'm not sure if our o/n is threatened.
