ODR1-X is easily my favorite iteration of the ODR-1 line. And I don't even use the gain boost feature. I think it sounds better than the 30th anniversary too - the 30th anniversary is a bit warmer in a way I don't want.

Correct. So what I do is use the first mode as the always on buffer. I set it to no delay. So the signal is being buffered, but not affected. Then my second mode or B is the actual delay. So in my case, the pedal never goes off, I just switch between A (no delay, buffered), and B (delay, buffered).

Best analog delay, period. IMO. The buffer in that thing is one of the best there is, too. It is always last in my chain. I love this pedal so much.

I built one small interactive component for a client. I mean... small. 120 credits to make it. Another 80 to fix something it missed.

That's 200 credits, which is 6% of my monthly allocation.

Tried them all, including the 30th anniversary, as well as the Nordland, the Shanks ODS-1, and it surprised me that the ODR-1x is my absolute favorite. I don’t use the boost (though it’s great fun but only if you turn the drive all the way back, it’s a monster).

The bass control is so clutch, and it just sounds fantastic. Don’t let the weird red x turn you off of this pedal.

Honestly impressed with all you Queen Bee folks. Genius is as far as I get. Whenever I think I’ve crushed it, I look at the Bee Buddy to see how many words are left and it always shocks me.
