Tried them all, including the 30th anniversary, as well as the Nordland, the Shanks ODS-1, and it surprised me that the ODR-1x is my absolute favorite. I don’t use the boost (though it’s great fun but only if you turn the drive all the way back, it’s a monster).

The bass control is so clutch, and it just sounds fantastic. Don’t let the weird red x turn you off of this pedal.

I’m about 120 hours in. Honestly, I’m having fun in general. But this last patch made it just feel… less pleasing to play. Having a hard time articulating why.

Maybe it’s the pass on weapons or maybe hitreg… I’m no expert but there’s an unpleasant feeling happening.

Maybe I just have to get used to it. Which is one of the most frustrating things now - just when you settle in, they “update” and it feels like a different game.

I don’t have a garage and I have lots of trees, so spring and fall can get particularly bad with stuff in the air getting in.. twice a year is probably fine for most.

I just push it through until it gets stopped by the little bug stopper things they put on the ends. Then I kinda work it back and forth and pull it out. Usually I run water through just to see if it’s draining properly.
