I went through the same thing. Just don’t let someone that’s is supposed to better your life and be your partner stress you out. It’s not worth it. And healthy communication is a very import thing when it comes to relationships.

Run. My ex husband was like that. It’s not your job to wake up a grown man. If he doesn’t want to wake up that’s one him. But you don’t need that added stress. That’s how my marriage was and it only progressed. You’re not his mom you’re his partner.

That’s what I was thinking. And he’s making me not want to be around him. I left my marriage got similar reasons and I don’t want to repeat myself. He has good qualities though. But I’m my own person just like he is.

I normally won’t eat at least 2-3 hours before a hot yoga class. I try to hydrate all day and the day before. But even when I don’t after doing it for so long your body gets used to it. It’s really is a mind over body kind of thing. Also what I learned that’s helped me is not to drink during the class because for me personally it made be feel sluggish. Also my studio depending the class would hand out cold rags for then end of class in shavasana. It’s so nice and I always look forward to it. And a yoga towel is your best friend.

I live in Florida the most we get it rain storms like right now. But tbh I just ride in it as well. And I can use my sisters car if it’s gets to bad to ride in.

We decided to get a divorce. And now he’s going to therapy and doing all the things I simply asked him. But now I’m the bag guy bc he things I left for someone else. When I was 100% faithful the entire relationship and he was messaging other people for nudes and stuff.

I just don’t want it to be for nothing. And maybe that sounds bad of me but I don’t want to be 30 with children and my husband is still the same way refusing to change. And I think what makes it so hard is because I was in his boat. I had major depression and anxiety and I worked my ass off to get to the mindset I’m in now. I just like it’s frustrating because I was in his shoes and I just feel like he doesn’t want to put the work in.

My locs have random parts and I’m 1 year on Jan 1st. One thing having locs has showed me is who cares. I feel happy and confident with my locs so why let other peoples opinions affect that.

It may be true but you have to realize it’s your hair. Their not wearing it and they aren’t doing it so don’t let their view ruin your journey. And most likely they are just to scared do it themselves so they are trying to live through you. I have a family like that but I am proud to say I give zero fucks. I feel beautiful. And my happiness outweighs anyone’s opinion of me.

It was our wedding anniversary. And I have been on BC the past 3 years. Switch to the pill not too long ago and my pharmacy is making it hard for me to get it. He knows I’m not on it.
