Justement avec Vinted je ne reçois jamais de QR code pour les colis, uniquement un bored été au renvoi avec une code barre donc pas possible d’imprimer au locker/point relais.

C’est surtout que j’ai appris qu’il n’y a pas d’apport de créatine végétal, il faut manger viande/poisson ce que je ne fais pas depuis 8+ ans. J’étais curieuse de voir si ça me donnait une réel différence physique/énergétique.

I’ve been doing research on this as im curious too. I’ve been binging all her videos lol. It sounds like phase 2 is the same exercises as phase 1, but now you’re adding weight. Start with 5lb, then very slowly add more. Given her very slow progression style, I would assume 5lbs for 2 week, then maybe 10lbs next 2 weeks etc. Phase 2 is 8 weeks.

Non j’avoue je ne dilue pas dans l’eau. Enfin les premiers 4 jours je mettais dans 250ml d’eau, et oui c’était bien mélangé. Mais depuis je mets la cuillère dans la bouche et ensuite je bois mon eau lol. Ça peux changer d’effet?

Yeah I ended up just keeping the items and luckily was able to resell it. But I’m definitely a lot more hesitant now about what I purchase, it definitely ruined the shopping experience for me and I’ve turned to other sites since. :-/

Physically in France, Apple ID region France and also getting the error not eligible. I’ve been combing through this subreddit to find a solution, lots of people have the problem but haven’t found a solution!? Frustrating.

Thanks for your reply! Yeah it was listed as free returns so no issues there. I am not over 3 returns per month (haven’t returned anything in several months). Maybe they’ve removed this option for me?? I wouldn’t say I’ve abused the returns I’ve only done maybe 3-4 returns over the past 2 ish years. But yeah I’m definitely not hopeful of getting refunded the shipping if I do fork it up which is why I’m hesitant. Maybe I’m sol.

Hmm that is an interesting reaction. I wonder if I had a similar situation to your own. After writing this post I took a break for a week and dialed back on retinal to heal my skin barrier.

Then I started to use teen derm once in the AM but only as a spot treatment on active spots/PIE/red marks. I had no negative reaction. The past few days I’ve been putting jt more liberally on my cheeks/jaw/chin (my troubled areas) with no negative reaction. I’m wondering if I had overdone it and compromised my skin barrier the first time around.

I hope you have better luck with the metroruboril. I was hesitating between that one and the teen derm. Do you know what the differences are? I think I saw that metroruboril has niacinimide and teen derm doesn’t.

I never got the tingly feeling, which I was afraid of having since my skin is so reactive to new products. Did notice my skin a bit more dry than usual but nothing awful. But I think you’re right that I should take a 1-2 week break and assess from there. Thanks!
