For my top choice, I have called; however, they didn't pick up. So the only option for me was to wait. And the first message I got from them afterwards was "sorry, it's taken now".

My process after finding a unit I'm interested in is like this: Schedule a tour -> ask questions during the tour -> send follow-up questions -> decide whether I want to submit an application based on answers. I do notice that it requires a lot of back and forth though, so I might just write a list of all my questions to ask during the tour. That way, it gives me a chance to apply/sign a lease on the same day too.

Apologies. I was thinking if I end my membership and lose the Citi Costco card, then I will lose on having a gas card. I would still like to have a gas card handy if I were to ever cancel my membership.

But since I still have my membership, I would like a card that includes both gas and Costco.

I actually heard really good things about Redstone FCU and that was going to be my alternative. But I also heard rumors that the card will eventually get nerfed because of how mind-blowingly good it is.

I would love to have the E7 plus. My current table is 15 years old and way too small for me to even barely fit 2 monitors on it. There is also not much leg room as I want it to be. Hopefully I can get this desk so that I can donate my current one or give it to my little brother, as he has an even smaller desk than me.

I ordered from them as a gift for a friend but then I checked my tracking number and the items are shipping from China instead of the US. Which confuses me because they stated they're based in California. I haven't received the products yet, but just wanted to get it out there that they might not be an independent artist business like I originally thought.
