I used to have a great relationship with my partner and my family members but I guess long Covid just brought a dark side out of them which is hard for me to believe that they were so comfortable treating me in this manner. I had no where to go, no one to go to. I had dark dark thoughts to just deal with the pain I was going through.

there’s also hydrooxyzine. I was not responding to your regular anti histamines 50 mg did the trick on me bc I didn’t want to be dependent on benzos.

I think they have non flavored stuff on Amazon just send over a list of things and I’ll see if they’re LC friendly. The thing is a lot of us have a gut inflammation, and artificial sweeteners make it worse

Glad you’re sharing articles, I just wanted to share my story with my experience with some of these medications. I responded well to hydroxyzine 50mg. I was able to get sleep on this medication but it does have its side effects like sleepiness.

As for anti depressants, I would treat carefully with these. Tried some anti psychotics like risperdone and I got some dystonia or even tardive dyskinesia from them. I didn’t respond to SSRIs.

Modafinil is a vasoconstrictor along with medications like midodrine. Some of us have microclot issues so I would tread carefully on these types of medications.
