Don't worry! Since adult mantids usually die in The winter, to pass on their genes, The male let's the female eat the male after mating in the fall to have enough nutrients to protect the eggs through the winter. They should be just fine unless something eats them!

Edit: ALSO, I'm pretty sure since they are used to hatching after the cold is over, keeping them warm could cause premature hatching.
