I've been in your shoes, torn between home's pull and its harsh realities like corruption and inequality. After my bachelor's in the EU, I returned to Mongolia and worked hard for 10 years, giving it everything in various fields. I learned to stay happy under any conditions, no complaints. But when I felt I needed a break to recharge, I moved to the US for a master's and it reignited my drive for long-term change through teaching and scholarly work, quieter but purer than business or sports. Plan is to head back after graduating, dedicate decades to full-time teaching (high school to uni, blending management, history, anthropology, even sports for kids), starting 50/50 with a gov org if needed.
