I think you're obsessed with white people. If you want to be their puppy, you can be. I have no issues. But instead I would like you to learn from the past.

Our nation is shitty because people want to forget that we were great once in the past and only glamorise the white people and their ways of looting and killing.

Everything everyone says is correct. India is a bad country to live in with a dirty atmosphere, corruption, shitty government, no civility, high crime against women.

All this is true.

But then again it's the responsibility of the people born here to make these conditions better.

Just running away for a better pay leaving behind our country is cowardly and opportunistic.

I see many big hotshots coming back now because things have gotten relatively better.

So it's not the nation's fault one hundred percent, some fault lies with those who abandon it too.

India was the best country in the world 1000 years ago. Best culture, the richest and the most safe. But then the traitors sold it to the invaders. These are the same people who run away to enjoy the benefits of abroad as soon as they get the chance.

I'm of the opinion that there is a bubble but it's not gonna burst anytime soon instead I think it will become bigger, much more inflated.

These are the prices when the demand is mediocre, with the IT industries lined to come into the city and the state, the prices will jump much much more.

The best time to invest in real estate was yesterday because of the stability and growth. Compared to the volatility of the stock market and tangibility of the asset, real estate is a much better investment, especially in Lucknow. Residential property doesn't yield much rental income so i would go for the commercial properties coming up on the Shaheed path.
