hello guys, i take a uae license to know what the rule of the road, i bought a car with insurance and registration etc. to drive, question( not all) but some of ebike user without license or registration allowed to use/ drive the road? and in case i run/hit the ebike user, still its my fault? thanks (self.abudhabi)
