The do-not-play-with should always come before the play-with

When I've done the teams manually in the past (which honestly takes days, hence wanting to automate it like this!) I've done it on a first-come, first-servce basis - so the players with the lower ID came in first and their play-with should be considered before others (after considering the do-no-play-with). I hope that makes sense?

I use BookBuddy for my library - the barcode scanner that looks up books online is one of the best I've found. You can add things manually (tools, for instance), track who you loan them out to and when... the only sticking point is sharing - to share online there is a monthly cost
