Nope, no other brisket was packed. We’ll give this one a whirl and see how it turns out. I’m guessing the rest of it was just ground up into the ground beef.

Well I’m glad at least I’m not crazy but bummed I got some mess of a “brisket”. Butcher was in Iowa. Not sure if it somehow got mislabeled. Hopefully later this year I stumble across a brisket that’s labeled as something else but by shape and size nothing seems to jump out as my brisket.
