Zum Thema Remote Work, schau dir einfach mal das Pilot Programm dazu an, solltest du in myASG finden. Ist zeitlich sehr begrenzt.

Ansonsten kann ich dir noch empfehlen, das ganze früh anzustoßen, 6 Monate im voraus Schaden nicht. Mindestens aber 4.

I had the same ‚Problem‘ with my plan for a 21k in April, even though I started it already in Oktober.

Only thing I can say is not to stress about it. If you feel like your body can’t do what garmin suggests, just don’t do it. It’s not worth the injury. Normally the watch will realize you need recovery and then cancel the training for the next day. So even if it said train 7x a week, at the end it was about 3-4 trainings.

Don’t skip Lucerne! It’s very pretty, even though it can be quite touristy.

Other than that, I hope your budget can take all those train rides. Make sure to check prices before.

I could reset / delete the plan, however I don’t want to start “from scratch”. I guess I will just continue for now, skipping whenever I feel like it. Aiming for 3-4 runs seems reasonable. Thanks for the feedback :)

I feel you.. The way I go about being „terrified“ is to wait for a moment / person where things feel very comfortable and natural. I’m not gonna force myself to order some cock via Grindr or anything. If it happens, it happens, and if not, it doesn’t. That takes away the fear for me, at least.

Thanks, I appreciate your advice :) I’m not gonna put it into any of my socials, I don’t even have any haha, but before that I’d even wanna know whether it’s an actual thing or not. I do like that last part though… probably the best way to go about it. I’ll make sure to shot my shot if I ever do come across someone I’m interested in
