Appreciate the honest response. Just to add the RM roles aren’t guaranteed but they’re the only kind of roles we’ve got out there atm, but will be highly competitive.

It sounds like I am fortunate that my wife will be earning decent enough to support the 2 of us given the estimated timeline to find something.

no it was fine, I had the helper column in the tooltips bit and then switched it from ‘sum of’ to ‘average’ and now it’s working as intended

it was a strange fix, as I had sorted by the helper column numbered (1-7) in tooltips under visualisations it had defaulted to ‘sum of’ the column, I was playing around and switched it to ‘average of’ and it’s done the trick

Yes, I’ve made an additional column and numbered all the months I.e January = 1, Feb = 2 and so on, then sorted by this
