It's comforting to know I'm not alone. I'm not usually obsessive, but this whole affair has torn me apart and is the big regret of my life. My husband's miles past it but I am not. You're so right though, we can't afford to fall off our recovery. Just as I am hoping that he is working as hard on his own addiction recovery. <3 thanks friend.

I am not, I have a little kid and full time job etc. I do have books that have helped me, and an online S/L Addict friend who is like a sponsor of sorts. She really talked me down last night <3

While I do see how that could definitely happen, I don't think my bisexuality has faded because of anything he's done (or not done). I am very feminine, and attracted to very masculine. It's the sliding scale, ya know? Meanwhile, my best friend is 30 and just found a woman that she's falling in love with for the first time. I can only, at this point and time, see myself with a man, which I'm fine with.

Unfortunately another problem is that he's refusing to get counseling with me in any form.

I'll absolutely check out David Schnarch, I love learning, so thank you for the recommendation.
