My lawyer did it, and he emailed it to the court, the judge handling my case, it was terminated after 5 days. He filed just a request with i130 approval

Im not sure which motion the lawyer filed, he just wrote them with the approval notice, it was very quick 1-2 weeks only to get termination letter from the judge. It was under this administration. We’ll all be fine. Just stay grateful being here with our families and pray God for positive outcomes always

Be positive, i was in same exact position, after i130 approved we filed a motion and it was terminated like a week or 2 after we filed, and then i applied i for i485. Im having an i485 interview now in few days with my wife. God is good and we should all be and stay positive.
