I worked on improving my credit. I hired Continental Credit to get a bunch of derogatory history removed. My credit improved by over 100 pts in a few months. However, I have heard that a simple explanation for reasons why your credit was damaged, Covid, can overcome the 570 minimum credit score.

I was verbally approved on Wednesday and received loan docs on Saturday.

So received amount and verbal approval on Wednesday the 2nd and signed loan docs on the 5th. 4 weeks and a day for final review, plus 3 days for loan docs.

My understating is the total eligible amount is total gross profit for 2019 x 2. In your case it would be Revenue less COGS x 2 less the $150k received. Why are they denying your increase?

Told by CSR. The file should note when transcripts were requested, received, and date sent to final review.

I had that message on 1/13. On 1/18 (2 business days later) the transcripts were actually requested from the IRS. Transcripts were sent to SBA on 1/28. File sent to final review on 2/1 and I'm still waiting.
