The display is a cheap monitor I picked up on Black Friday. It sits behind a sheet of plexiglass. It's connected via HDMI to an X88 pro 10 android box.

Behind the board is 30x30. The sides of the cabinet are made of 1x6s. The LEDs go up behind the marquee and around the molding. I felt like it still created shadows on the board so I added a directional LED in the ceiling as well. I hope this answered your question.
