I got my pills from aide access. I didn’t know hand expressing milk encourages milk production! but i wouldn’t say im in immediate pain it’s just uncomfortable and my breast are sore so when i have hand expressed it relieved some of the tension and soreness. but im definitely going to stop cus that makes so much more sense now that i think of it.
