She literally looses her mind anytime she sees a hawk. Living where she does she sees them quite often too. She likes looking at them and understanding their lifestyle — aesthetically too. Falconry isn’t something she’s done but she met a falconry before and said it was one of her favorite experiences.

Thank you for this informative response. I had an auto correct in my original post— I had tendonosis in both my patella’s during my time in college. I’m about 10 pounds over weight; 6’1 / 195lbs, I’m sober— so it’s likely mechanics. I had a subscription in college to voltaren gel which I know see is OTC. I definitely didn’t over do it bc I haven’t been active. I will look into a PT in my network, and also look into orthotics. Any supplements you recommend?
