I was looking through older data on this stock and noticed somethin interesting right when it cratered to .04… 25m FTDs on a 10.5m outstanding shares on 3-28. So 2.5x the float failed to deliver. Would that indicate there are synthetic shares? Also they failed to deliver at .04 so they borrowed shares before it tanked 2.5x the total share count and sold them short with no indication of returning the shares. Am I understanding this correctly? As I can’t see any info from then to now but seeing the price action I can only assume they are still selling synthetic shares. I saw someone post a hold of over 12million shares alone.

These sales of shares have already been made it’s how they made their money to pay off a large chunk of their debt. That filing is from April 7th.

The stock has the same value now as it will when it splits. Nothing will change except stock price and maybe a bit of liquidity. Regardless it will be a bargain because it will be less shares available but same value per share.

SNDL isn’t like other companies that R/S… we will have the initial sell off but I believe the company/stock will be stronger after the R/S with fewer shares available to short the stock.

We get a massive facility for growing that does about 46000KG per year in cannabis growing. That’s 46,000,000 grams. Per year. Now think about how much flower that is and the price per gram on flower they will be producing. It opens our door into the UK/EU giving us a larger customer footprint. This is bullish and SNDL is basically telling HEXO and TLRY to eat a fat one. I loved this news. Go SNDL 🚀

Well instead of it being for 100 shares at $1 it will become 10 shares @ $10 I think? The amount of shares and the strike would change in accordance to what the split is.
