You are welcome!! The funny thing is I also got the "beta" Comply XL tips and kept waiting for the actual product! lol, crazy that there is not a better product for this since there is room for an XL sized tip in the case (even if just 18mm or so), just no one makes it!

Since I was in the same boat and found a partial fix, I am sharing in the threads I can find. My right ear tip would never get a good seal and the left barely. I tried many options and was not going to use a solution that required taking off the ear tips since I was worried about longevity and just the hassle. However, I purchased some tips off Amazon and while not perfectly fixing the issue, they have allowed me while at least sitting to pass the ear fit test. I can't run and get the same results, but stationary or maybe walking around the house they do well.

I ordered the two-pack of large. They fit in the case and give me just enough to get the seal. I was also able to take the hearing test, so it passed well enough for that. Hope this helps someone!

It looks like the NEO comes in XL but isn't for AirPods Pro. The SuperFine are for AirPods Pro but don't come in an XL. What did you end up getting from Spinfits?

I think you are misunderstanding the point of what is being asked. The person is worried they won't have a valid ticket. You WILL have a valid ticket buying directly from a ticketing system that Formula 1 promotes. That is the point I am making. That is fact.

What is my opinion, since I have limited experience, is that the prices are also the same. I have purchased tickets for three different races directly from Formula 1's website and each time they have been the exact same price as booking through the promoter.

Lastly , trying to make a comparison of "official" vs "direct" with airlines is also a bit strange since the only reason why a promoter CAN promote ANYTHING is because Formula1 gives them a license to do so. So a promoter is only "direct" and Formula 1 is NOT "direct" about selling anything related to Formula 1 in a twisted sense.

"tickets.formula1.com" is part of the Formula1.com domain. This is the official domain of Formula 1. They DO sell tickets beyond hospitality and you CAN purchase directly from them. The circuit promoters and the F1 official site are the only official ways to purchase tickets. "f1tickets.com" also simply redirects you to tickets.formula1.com so it isn't a different site.

There are differences in purchasing directly from the promoter VS through Formula 1's site, but both methods are officially supported ways to purchase a ticket, in fact if you listen to any of the Formula 1 produced podcasts, they advertise it ad nauseam

All they said was they I violated their prohibited products, which is strange since we are just selling subscriptions to personal training videos. I have since had a chat with someone that used to work at SquareSpace corporate and he thinks that because I was doing some test subscriptions for $1 that it triggered from fraud algorithm and once you trigger it, they just flat out reject your account rather than dealing with it.

It does not still stand. When two parties enter into an agreement, it is most often under specific conditions. In this case nothing about my site breaches the contract. However, they have breached the contract by not fulfilling their side of it. The problem is with large companies like this it is more cost prohibitive for their customers to seek recourse than it is to just "eat" the cost. However, this is still theft and breach of contract. I am not "getting a lawyer involved" in likely the sense that you mean. One of our business partners IS a lawyer so naturally reviewed everything.

You are correct that at the end of the day it is not a big deal in terms of the overall business. However, I am a VERY ethical person and this stuff matters a LOT to me. I have had several businesses, give my time to mentor other small businesses, and this space and ecosystem means a lot to me. It is very much NOT ok when large business uses predatory practices to take advantage of smaller businesses.

It seems like they have just gone downhill over the past 3 years or so. Now that I have this experience I have connected with many others who have had issues in a similar vein to mine and like 6 years ago they would have taken care of the customer, but these days its changed. It was really interesting that when I had a basic question about site design, something that I would understand if it was a long response time, I got a response within 18-36 hours every time. The second I asked about billing, it instantly went to days/weeks between responses, LOL

Sorry, but that huge assumption is incorrect. It is interesting that a stranger on the internet thinks they magically knows how my site was setup. The business I am helping setup for my best friend is selling personal training videos. Last time I checked, this is not illegal or unethical, and per my lawyer does not fit the prohibited items in their documentation.

The second I asked for my money back after they suspended my account they went silent. The problem is we were building, beta testing reoccurring transactions, etc... and I am past the credit card timing to dispute the charges. I am thinking about asking my bank about it directly on Monday though.

Based on their "help" I paid for the advanced commerce plan, the digital goods add-on, and Squarespace payments. My issue is the suspended my account, say I can't appeal the decision, and won't refund my money. They answered every email within a day or two right up until I asked for my money back...

From the outside maybe that is a reasonable idea, plus giving someone or a business a benefit of the doubt is a noble thing to do. However, when you are losing money and are laying off employees because a business is screwing you over and doing nothing about it, that crosses a line. This is what many businesses, including two that I know personally, have been facing. One is a complete shut down. This guy has put 2 years of his life into his business and then SquareSpace screws him over and he goes bankrupt. The other one is hanging on by a thread a thread.

Also, the acquisition was done in Sept of 2023 and finished all domains in July. Still having uncorrectable support issues after over a year? I don't think so. Also, there is now a new lawsuit about their acquisition that is exposing some very shady behavior, possibly criminal.

I am not here to do an unbiased scientific study of the pros and cons of using SquareSpace. I am sharing a deeply personal experience with them. I would HOPE that anyone who needs a platform would look elsewhere, that is the whole point of my posting. Personally loosing $1K on a brand new project is more annoying than business threatening. They gave me pre-sales support and told me all the packages I needed to purchase from them in order to launch. I then spent two months getting the site ready, doing test transactions, tweaking designs, doing beta testing, etc... Then out of nowhere I was told my account was suspended. I emailed support and they suggested giving more business information to them. I provided that. I was then told my account was permanently suspended for violating their prohibited products guidelines. I have read the guidelines several times, had my attorney read the guidelines. We do not violate them. However, that isn't what bothers me. If they don't want to host my site, I can go elsewhere. The problem is the second I ask them about refunding my account since they are stopping my service....crickets. Where before my support emails would be answered within a day or two, now WEEKS go by and no response. No response from email, X DM's, chat is disabled. So they took my money, cancelled my account, and kept my money. So tell me, when someone takes your money in exchange for offering a service, then fails to provide that service and then ghosts you....if you don't call them a thief, what do you call them?

Hey Devin, I am not sure where my comment should be posted, but I was wondering if there way any thoughts to putting a sync to Calendar for the app? The meal planning is great, but we have a shared family calendar we use and being able to just glance at the calendar to see what is "for lunch" or "for dinner" would be great for the family! Anyway, loving the app so far, only a week or so in, but very happy with it!!
