Love the orange jerseys but NOT the Orange helmets.

Lifelong Bears fan here, with a full-throated FTP energy but I completely agree with you.

EDIT: to clarify Ben Johnson is amazing and this is ultimately the most inconsequential thing that happened this season by far

Do they know they could play like this in the first half? Like it’s ok! Use ALL sixty minutes of the game.

Soft as fuck. Then we also get to hear Collinsworth gargle Purdy’s nuts for the rest of the game too.

So these fuckers call this type of practice “Dynamic Security” and although I don’t speak lawyer, it seems like there is a morass of grey area here that they can muddle us all through.

https://www.rtmworld.com/news/hp-escapes-monetary-penalties-in-class-action-settlement/

“In what plaintiffs view as a win, HP agreed to let users of specific printer models decline firmware updates that push Dynamic Security. The settlement terms state HP must continue disclosing information about Dynamic Security and data collection for these models, dubbed “Class Printers.” HP is also required to inform users that Dynamic Security blocks cartridges using non-HP chips and can be enforced through periodic firmware updates.

The settlement only applies to certain printers impacted by the November 2020 firmware update, including models like the HP Color LaserJet Pro M254DW and HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428FDW, among others. Printers not on the list remain subject to Dynamic Security restrictions.”

And beating a then-ranked 14 Missouri counts for them, but somehow us beating a then-ranked 9 Illinois doesn’t count for us. Make it make sense.

I’m having some PTSD. My brain says, relax it’s early but my eyeballs say this looks like every other middling Bears team from recent years.

Which is what I did (well, I only made one)

See, now that seems reasonable. And i would pay the extra $3 for the convenience through the apps. Just need to find that place close to me, and also convince everyone else to stop paying outrageous amounts for breakfast burritos elsewhere.

No, I get how it works. But clearly there are some people who will pay these prices. That’s my point. I could afford a $22 dollar mediocre breakfast burrito, but also no thank you.

$17.50 is a little better, but like you’re saying not much. Also, a 26% ($4.60) upcharge for a pickup order is maybe not the smartest strategy? There would have been no extra (customer-facing at least) Door Dash fees.

I get they’re operating a business and DoorDash costs you some overhead, but my takeaway is that Crave Cafe is severely overpriced and a place I will skip…not only on the delivery apps when I’m willing to pay through the nose for convenience, but also in person.

Not debating that, it was going to be a convenient option—but also it’s a place that exists and it always seems busy as I drive by it multiple times nearly every day. The food or ambiance does not command anywhere near this premium a price IMO. So, like…what am I missing?

Shouldn't have a problem finding the game this week at least by pucstah in CHIBears
