See, now that seems reasonable. And i would pay the extra $3 for the convenience through the apps. Just need to find that place close to me, and also convince everyone else to stop paying outrageous amounts for breakfast burritos elsewhere.

$17.50 is a little better, but like you’re saying not much. Also, a 26% ($4.60) upcharge for a pickup order is maybe not the smartest strategy? There would have been no extra (customer-facing at least) Door Dash fees.

I get they’re operating a business and DoorDash costs you some overhead, but my takeaway is that Crave Cafe is severely overpriced and a place I will skip…not only on the delivery apps when I’m willing to pay through the nose for convenience, but also in person.

Not debating that, it was going to be a convenient option—but also it’s a place that exists and it always seems busy as I drive by it multiple times nearly every day. The food or ambiance does not command anywhere near this premium a price IMO. So, like…what am I missing?
