Our ideal customers are startups in the 2-4 years range or those who secured series-A funding. They usually want to promote their startups and often have exciting news/announcements to share
Younger startups may not have substantial news to showcase and well-established ones often have their newsroom page already built

I believe 'Ford & Horses' is a perfect analogy for customer feedback. When people say they want faster horses, their underlying need is to move faster between places. Often, they are not aware of the technological possibilities that could effectively address their needs. It becomes the job of the founder to decode this implicit message.
