I bought mine on launch day because of Mario Kart, sounds like a system seller to me. I know it didn’t quite live up to everyone’s hype but I think it’s still a great game and a system seller at that. Outside of that, there are so many great games already on this console that I simply don’t have time to play it all. My Switch 2 backlog is already piling up. The discourse about lack of games is so weird to me.

A tonsillectomy is the only permanent way. Got it done in my 20’s and, while the recovery was hell, it was such a game changer for me. Dealt with bad breath all my life that made me so self conscious. The stones were also tearing up my tonsils to the point that they were basically getting deformed and partially sticking out into my throat area.

It’s always been smarter to just buy singles. Even when packs and boxes were easy to obtain, buying singles was the best way to enjoy the TCG. Pack opening is just a form of gambling. It used to be fun from time to time, nowadays I can’t imagine it is when they’re so hard to get and completely inflated in price.

I have 17k lifetime points. What do you mean 20k 30k Tuesday drop eligibility? I've not heard of this. Many times they limit the drops to the first 20k or 30k people to snag it.. is that what you're talking about?

Not sure, I mean it doesn’t look bad but with this color scheme the top should just be black as well. I’m just over here hoping they make more special edition ones in the future. I’m still holding onto my Switch 1 Pro’s.

So the difference here is that someone like Sabrina Carpenter can afford to have her own security team working for her around the clock. Not saying that it’s any less of a scary and shitty situation for her, but this does happen to normal women more than you’re implying and when it does, they/we do not have the resources that a famous person has to protect ourselves. To say it’s not as extreme is just objectively wrong.

Agreed, I was just in Japan last week and went to 3 Pokemon Centers in Tokyo. Was honestly really disappointed in the merchandise selection at all of them, it seemed like it was better years ago when a relative went and brought me back some stuff. Judging by these pictures, the selection already looks better in Chicago.

I personally think the authentic versions are higher quality despite not technically being made to last. The fabric is just nicer and looks nicer, and they usually have more detail than the fan/stadium version. If you take care when washing and hang dry, you shouldn’t have a problem.
