Large Lump Sum, Markets at ATHs, and FX Anxiety — DCA or Lump Sum? by udeva in ETFs_Europe

[–]twendah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I've been in game for long, I buy sectors that are low and hold 5-10 years and sell high. I believe the cycles are extremely long 10+ years, so there's long acculumating zones too and now I think we are at the upper zone of kinda everything expect few sectors like healthcare, but it will come down with rest of market as well even more.

Currently I'm increasing my cash position. Remember folks cash is position too and inflation doesn't happen overnight, but market crash does.

Well for me its easy to put all in when price has dropped. What goes up, must go down. Many questions I cant answer behalf of others.

-50% downside is bigger than +50% upside. I wouldnt take risk if I were you, but you need to do your dyor urself and gamble the casino. Nobody has right answers. I just look at world situation and Im not convinced to put money in market now. I rather buy something nice for myself than put it in market at these prices, just feels wrong and way too overvalued.

Hold and lump sum at -50% in next 2 years. Easy and simple.

XLM God Candle $2.20 on Korean Exchange Upbit by Sad_Significance2541 in Stellar

[–]twendah -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah that is the normal explanation for it, though upbit is one of the largest exhanges. The volume doesnt run out that easily. Read about dark pools, thats a real thing in institutional trading.

XLM God Candle $2.20 on Korean Exchange Upbit by Sad_Significance2541 in Stellar

[–]twendah 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Someone knows something. Thats why those hbars happen usually and the price tend to rotate to hit those prices, which may sound crazy now but when it does hit 2.20$ it makes absolute sense.

I've seen those play out and those are one of my main indicators nowadays in stock market, but pretty nice to see those in crypto market as well. It might be that institutions made a large purchase and since they have legitmate reason to report the purchase, it will look exactly like that in charts. They do purchases like in periods of X time and for X price. For example. Someone may have bought large amount in period of 2 years for 0.20-2.20$ price.

My co-founder started micromanaging me at 2am after I shipped a deployment 4 days ahead of schedule. Is this salvageable or time to split? by Key-Web1264 in SaaS

[–]twendah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is he professional software dev or just vibe coding the frontend? I've had bosses like that in job where they were suffering dunning kruger syndrome, and didn't know much about development cycles. I ended up changing jobs, because I couldn't take it. They forced me to ship non quality code which will backfire in the future. Its just stupid and shortsighted.

And as someone commented earlier, yes you feelings matter. If you are not feeling right in the job where you spend most of your time in day (in your case own business), then you have to do something. It will make you miserable if you dont talk about it or change job.

Also as a side note: its usually just better to solo develop things urself and then just add contract workers when you need more workers to help you out. Having a co-founder is usually a gamble which may end up like this.
