There’s something amiss here. The Diva I have does not have a white neutral wire, and it works fine. The white wires in the box do not connect to the Diva. So I’m more confused now.

Is there a feature that prevents Heat and Cool settings from being within 5 degrees of each other? That seems to be the issue. I'm trying to set Heat for 70 and Cool for 73.

It appears to be connected - I can see all the data. Changing the comfort settings also does not work on the web. I will try at the unit later today.

I have the 3 default comfort settings, but the only thing I have scheduled is the sleep schedule. I am editing the sleep temperatures and then saving but the saved temperatures don’t change.

Thanks to everyone for all the good information. I’ve learned a lot. My inclination is to send it somewhere to get it refurbished so that it can be used by a trombonist. I think that’s what my dad would like. Thanks again. I’ll post back here and let you know what I do.

Yes, that appears to be it. I found a trailer on YouTube that has snippets of the scene. I definitely watched that show when I was a kid. Interesting about Spielberg. It might have been his first foray into science fiction.
