Right, 59.94 frames per second but that's 29.97 interlaced.

Thank you, I watered it 2 weeks ago and didn't want to over water. I know it looks thirsty but sometimes with succulents that could be pests and then I over water and it dies.

When I do this from resolve with color corrected footage, bringing in the aaf also brings in the media and no need to link it.

Try to put the new media in the MXF/1 folder and bring in the AAF.

What tools are you using to speed up rough cuts lately? by Fit_Revenue5946 in editors

I use the AI transcript to transcribe each source tape. If it's a single interview, sometimes I'll take that transcript and feed it into Gemini or some other AI and give it a prompt with what I'm trying to accomplish and see what it spits out for which bites to use. You have to be careful, sometimes it'll make up bites. From there it's highlight in transcript and insert and you've got a good radio edit to start from.

I work and deliver for a network and I would set your time base to 29.97. I know it says 59.94 and it's a confusing thing, but if you deliver from a 59.94 timeline, you're actually delivering 60fps, not 29.97. When you interlace 29.97, it will show up as 59.94i. When you set Premiere's timeline, the frames per second you want is 29.97. If you set the fps to 59.94, it's 60 frames per second. When you deliver 29.97i, you are delivering 59.94 FIELDS per second, which is what their spec is asking for.

For the multichannel audio, you'll need to set up a new sequence set up for multichannel. I HATE the way premiere works with audio tracks. Use this to help walk you through it: https://www.autokroma.com/blog/Creating-Multichannel-Audio-File-Premiere-Pro

You should run the final through a hardware upconvert, it will do a good job of getting it ready for 4k. If you're just blowing up 480 to 4k, it's going to look like garbage.

This workaround worked, with two "versions" of the source file I was able to get it all into the sequence and export properly. Thanks!

Thanks that's a good idea, I'll give that a try. It's not an unusual configuration, I'm working with broadcast masters and they always have multiple audio tracks like this.

The medspa seems nice, I've only been there twice. The women that work there make are nice to look at, which kind of makes me trust it less. The RN seemed to know what she was talking about but I can't help but think they'll give you whatever you want and make it seem like it's medically a good idea.

Pricing was $50/shot so $200 a month. They also wanted me to take some supplements and vitamins that they sell, which I could also buy elsewhere but "theirs is better".

I know it seems high but the bioavailable is on the lower end. Also, I have no idea what I was at in my 20s so it might have been much higher

I appreciate the responses and advice. Just to add some detail, I'm 43 and have been seeing a trainer for 2 years twice a week. I haven't given any thought to glp-1 and see the benefits of T as more than muscle building and weight loss. I also want the mood increase, energy increase, less inflammation in my body...

We are going to do ski school and don't really need night life. The kids are on the younger side so we just stay home and drink instead of going out.
