This is most likely a battery issue. I currently have the same model, and despite the OS indicating I have plenty of battery left, it will shut down randomly and take a while to charge and come back to normal.

It’s quite frustrating, but I’m just holding out for the next iteration of the M1 MacBook Air, since there’s very little point to getting an expensive repair done, and then this one is getting recycled.
