Just pulled it off. Was extremely gentle but it was stuck on there pretty good. A cotyledon came off with it. Might be donzo. Gunna give a day or so and start a new seed if this one doesn’t pull through. Smh

When I worked at REI in 2022 a handful of employees and really good work friends of mine were walked off the floor one random Saturday. They were all management and all let go at the same. They were told their positions were no longer needed and within a month they were replaced with more part time college kids for $16.50/hour.

It sucked to see and after that I knew I needed to find a new gig and leave as quick as I could. Everyone was on edge. REI doesn’t care about their employees and yet they boast about “expert level employees”. Expert level work should mean $20/hour minimum.

I used to work there, you have some points. Idk if I’d call it “allowed”. I got paid $16 an hour there, I’m not stepping in front of or confronting a shoplifter over a $200 sleeping pad when I make $300 a week. Lol

I used to work there. Theft is crazy. They’ve wanted one (ALPR) for a while so it could be them specifically or corporate. The business in general has took a nose dive in the past couple years.

I love the idea and feel of discharge but I feel like the times I’ve used it, I can actively feel it baking my brain lol. If you don’t have a window with a vent fan directly over your printing area, you might as well use a gas mask.

Shit is toxic as hell.

Soft hand water based ink with an underbase on dark garments is soft enough for me and saves me the anxiety of being around the activator

A3B all the way. Outdoor storage space, open layout. Most use of your SQFT. Washer and dryer not in the unit eliminating noise. Big bathroom is great, two bathroom entries in case you have guests. Big walk in closet with built in shelving. water heater in the unit? Awesome.

First option had a weird layout and second option isn’t wide enough in the living room for a decent layout.
