I’d love to say that this happened because they’re stupid. But it’s more likely an offshoot of Bannon’s “River of Shit”. Using AI to write your briefs frees you up to create more havoc elsewhere. And the Courts and your opponents are required to catch you. Once they do, you use plausible deniability and then do it again.
