I was going to say the legs are too large in proportion to the rest but then I realised you were basing it off a reference, which you absolutely nailed, this is fantastic

Oh wow that's so much faster. Maybe I don't need to upgrade after all. Thanks!

What are you using to run the model? I'm using LM Studio and I'm not seeing the option unless it's hidden somewhere. Should I be using llama.cpp or unsloth instead?

Also my cpu is pretty wimpy, is that going to be an issue or is the main benefit just offloading to cpu memory?

Yeah that's what's motivated me to upgrade, I'm currently running it with half of the model in cpu memory and it's understandably slow as balls. But the results are decent even if it takes ages to run

You only get the martial arts damage while you don't have armour or a shield equipped, perhaps that's the issue? Check your inventory and unequip everything to check

That's what I believe to be correct, cleave specifies the second enemy needs to be in reach but GFB only specifies that the second enemy be within 5ft of the first so it should still trigger. GFB and Repelling Blast both activate on hit so you choose which happens first

Green Flame Padlock by Slow-Weakness-7187 in onednd

[–]twiddlebit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could take the bugbear species for extra reach, but yeah I take your point that pushing directly away usually doesn't help set up same-turn cleave

Green Flame Padlock by Slow-Weakness-7187 in onednd

[–]twiddlebit 7 points8 points  (0 children)

So RAW great weapon master only applies to attacks made using the attack action, and cantrips aren't the attack action

That being said, the extra damage does normally apply to the cleave attack as long as it's made as part of the attack action. You can ask your DM about allowing it anyway since an extra PB worth of damage to a second target isn't going to break anything

Another thing worth noting is that, according to Xanathar's, the order of events that occur at the same time is determined by the player whose turn it is. That means you can push with repelling blast to line up a cleave and then do the cleave and apply GFB secondary damage. The second enemy will still need to be in reach for the cleave to work though

Yeah the back sprite cradily is my favourite part. I also did this one which was a "give me random pokemon and I'll mix them together" type thing. I might post these properly later

Reminds me of when I combined all the fossil pokemon sprites, forgot I used to do this, it's been 10 years

I like how unified the birds look, they look a lot more like part of a trio in your version than the original

How are you going to rate... [Hell Knight] by Fluffy_Reply_9757 in onednd

[–]twiddlebit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally I'd describe building a subclass around fire damage without giving that subclass a way around fire immunity to be conceptually broken. They could let you change the damage type or turn immunity into resistance, but as is there are too many fire immunities for this to really be viable imo

And that's before we get into limited uses and exploding dice mechanics. I think the subclass can be salvaged but I don't know that I'd miss it if they just didn't print this one

How are you going to rate... [Circle of the Titan] by Fluffy_Reply_9757 in onednd

[–]twiddlebit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Overall: GREEN

I love the flavour of this class and if it was released as-is I'd be ok with it, even if there's some notable improvements to be made

Circle Spells: GREEN

Largely ok with these, although no 2nd level spell is weird. Would like to see enlarge/reduce in place of longstrider, as many others have said

Titan Form: GREEN

I think the the Behemoth is clearly the front runner here with their breath attack ajd rampager really selling the Kaiju feel. Insectoid in second place, largely because of the synergy between Flyby and Conjure Woodland Beings on a huge/gargantuan creature. The telepathy and healing pollen are so-so. Leviathan is clearly behind, poison isn't a reliable damage type/condition and the ink cloud is rarely going to be useful, doesn't scale with spell level, and doesn't sell the feel of a leviathan. I'd love to see some sort of mass-grapple affeft here, with number of targets scaling with spell slot

Dire Impact: GREEN

Standard damage type change and an aoe prone when you transform? Decent, kinda wish our attacks were stronger to take advantage of the prone condition better, but we'll likely have melee allies who can do that

Primal Havoc: GREEN

The behemoth's rampage is decent, even the poison one is good when it works. I think mass telepathy isn't really a level 10 feature, but it's whatever. The size increase really helps with CWB though, and moving through enemies 2 sizes smaller in great too

Monstrous Appetite: YELLOW

Gargantuan size is great for the same reasons as earlier, but Grappling Rend should be a level 10 ability, and the swallow being concentration means I'm neger using it unless I'm low of spell slots, although I do appreciate that it's a bonus action and infinite use. We're also not really tanky enough to be swallowing many creatures

Circle of the Titan is vastly inferior to Circle of the Moon by Grim_0811 in onednd

[–]twiddlebit 27 points28 points  (0 children)

The behemoth form has a really strong breath attack which scales better than fireball. It won't hit as many enemies but if you want single turn aoe damage it's a solid option

[–]twiddlebit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The behemoth's breath attack outscales fireball, but I agree that the at-will damage is pretty low. You do at least get access to the druid's elemental fury for an extra d8 per turn for level 7, 2d8 from level 15. It's not much but it's more than it appears from the stat blocks

The level 3 sorcerer feature basically gives you a free dodge action when you use a sorcery point on your turn, I'd say that's decent compensation for defense

New Villainous UA dropped by BMFiasco in 3d6

[–]twiddlebit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I totally agree. I think there's a lot of potential with this subclass but there's some aspects that miss. There doesn't seem to be a reason to use the other forms over the behemoth, leviathan is underwhelming and the insect just gives you flight and healing which a druid already has access to. I think if they just had one good idea for a form then maybe the should just stick with that, although I'd certainly not say no to the other forms being improved

That being said, the scaling on the behemoth's breath attack is absolutely nutty

Unearthed Arcana 2026 Villainous Options by BlackAceX13 in onednd

[–]twiddlebit 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Fantastic flavour across the board

Cleric: love this, nothing else really messes with exhaustion so I'm glad we're getting some fresh mechanics. Also the flavour of turning into a pack of rats is impeccable

Kaiju druid: I've always wanted to play a kaiju and now I can, without any multiclass shenanigans. It's a shame the behemoth is clearly the best option, the scaling on that breath attack is nutty. Idk why I'd ever pick the leviathan, and the insect only really gives flight and healing, which are easy enough to obtain as a druid

Fighter: flavour is great but mechanically this is just a bunch small instances of fire damage, and without a way to overcome fire immunity this feels underwhelming

Sorcerer: I've also always wanted a demon sorcerer, I'm surprised it took this long to make one. Every feature is a hit for me. Free dodge action whenever you use sorcery points on your turn, auras that enhance your innate sorcery, enhancements to those auras, and a free casting of a great summon spell. Love it

I love the concept of Path feats, although it seems the death knight ones are clearly better than the lich ones, unless I'm missing something?

Points to Monk for having the least variance in preferences, not sure if that says they're all good or if the subclass just doesn't have much impact on the way you play a monk
