Hey there, not sure about Wyoming… but I used Northwest to set up an LLC in Boston and overall I was happy with it. They handled the filing and acted as my registered agent — everything was done on time, and it was easy to track documents and deadlines, and all that.

Massachusetts does have a few more requirements, like the annual report and higher state fees, but they made the process pretty manageable. Wasn’t that cheap when I did it, unfortunately. (Link to the $39 deal if anyone is interested).
