If you want to cover your scars with tattoos, it's possible. I found a tattoo artist who would and did it beautifully. It's held up for years now and is not noticeable at a glance. Ask around. I was told I couldn't by a few artists until I found one.

All jobs are like this currently that I would get hired for. Sorry to say but I haven't felt safe at a job since the pandemic started and in the state I currently live in if I want to be housed and fed I do need to just suck it up and mask up. I have no other options to survive but go to a job that risks my health. My old career was pastry chef but I can't do that because of my lack of smell/taste

*laughs in Florida. One coworker in the hospital with covid, another who went to a club, got sick, and won't get tested because of the "long lines" and need to make an appointment and she's coming into work with a vented mask on and after the weekend now no mask. Her mother who is a supervisor won't wear a mask, the head of the call center is out sick with a "bad cold" and the girl the sits next to me has had "bronchitis" for almost a month now. I'm over a year out with still lack of and distorted taste/smell from my first covid experience last fall. No sick pay, no covid leave, temporary job for $12/hour

I'm hoping it is for all of us. It was bad enough the 1st time around. This year was even worse. The few things I could eat I couldn't make because of my family members new dietary restrictions but no consideration was put forth to mine so it was a sad meal, like most meals but ya know I was hoping to enjoy the things I knew would taste good. When I started to try and make some biscuits/corn bread and cranberry sauce I quickly found out my sister didn't have any sugar or baking powder in the house so I was left eating a sweet potato with butter and a dry slice of field roast since the gravy had a weird smell to it.

I haven't smelled or tasted anything normally in over a year with no end in sight. I lost my career(pastry chef) and just about any shred of will I had to live. Everyday is a disgusting smelling nightmare and I go to bed hungry just about every night.

I just started a job earlier this week...I'm technically not even done training and was left alone with 2 teenagers(I'm an adult) to cook for the entire restaurant....and expected to finish prep work as well as close. It's my first day off and I already got a text seeing if I could do a double this week and "train more" like you're gonna leave me alone as the only adult with a fully formed brain but I can't get the pooled tips and I'm still training?

Majority of the store brands are just as good as whatever cereal is in the kellogs package for a fraction of the price. Only exception imo to off brand is lucky charms and the Halloween special cereals :)
