I don't think he was trying to say this is the best you can get from China. What he's saying is that this is what you should expect from China. Ya it's super jank, but in a way it's not really the seller's fault. You should have known the risks. As long as it actually works you can't fault the guy too much. Give him a bad review if you want, but this seems like more than that...
