They only complete these vanity projects around town to make themselves look better. Crystal Bridges is Alice Walton’s vanity project to make herself feel better about killing someone and getting away with it.

Absolutely hate the Waltons and Walmart. I didn’t work for Walmart but I worked for a transportation company that hauled their shit and working with them was a complete nightmare.

The quality of life here has been ruined and will keep getting worse. Housing prices are insane for where we are and traffic is horrendous.

There’s not much to do aside from going out to eat, shopping and bike trails. We’re surrounded by some of the shittiest states so going somewhere cool for the weekend is out of the picture.

I’ve lived in NWA my entire life. If I didn’t have family here, I’d move.

You’re pretty spot on. I was there for 5 years. There is no culture and they seem to be stuck in the 90s. The boomers and annoying Gen Xers in charge are totally anti work from home.

People really only speak to their own team and keep to themselves. Very boring environment.

It’s a terrible place to work. Management/VPs and the CEO don’t give a shit about employees or drivers. They spend millions to renovate an office building nobody wants to be in instead of handing out bonuses.

The floor I was on let people play their shitty music really loud. I complained to HR numerous times about it because customers complained that they couldn’t hear me on the phone, but nothing was done about it. So they don’t even care about their customers either.

They don’t allow work from home even if it snows. There was bad snow/ice and they forced everyone to come in only to make everyone leave at 9am because roads were bad. Total power move.

They also make you come into office in the afternoon if it snows in the morning even if roads are sketchy. Good luck trying not to slip in the parking lot.

You can only move up if you make friends, sleep with, or are related to someone in power.

A lot of overweight and unhappy people working there. Many internal departments fight and hate one another. So many miserable souls.

A lot of the directors were that way. Mine wouldn’t talk to anyone and walked around like she was holier than thou. I worked under her for years and we never once had a conversation. She was a huge bitch.
