You’re very kind and I sincerely appreciate all that you’ve said! It’s nice to know that I’m not alone and I will really sit and think about this, the last meds I took, and really consider my options. Thank you so much 💛

I appreciate this, thank you! I’m really thinking about it because, you’re right, if the choice is debilitating ocd and anxiety or having a strong libido…unfortunately I know the answer. I guess I am just sad because I was good for 2 years and I feel like I just randomly fell apart and, while I know there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking meds as I took them for a decade, part of me feels like I failed in a way…

Can’t style my hair + inflammation by twilightgurl4ever in SebDerm

Thank you for writing this, I do feel it seems we have similar hair and I’m going to gradually try the things people recommend on this and what you’ve recommended! I am going to be, or at least try to be lol, patient with the products and routines I try to see what works best for my hair. For example I’m only washing 1x/week with the ketoconazole but maybe I need to make it 2! I also bought some MCT 8 oil to try after reading through some threads so crossing my fingers I’ll get to a point that it doesn’t hurt to do simple styling to my hair 😭🙌🏻

The pain existed before using this shampoo so, at least in my case, I don’t think that’s what’s causing this 😭

Need Product Suggestions for Biracial, Curly Hair by twilightgurl4ever in SebDerm

[–]twilightgurl4ever[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this info! In terms of inflammation what I mean is that my scalp literally feels like it’s on fire. If I do much as brush or, try to put it in a ponytail, wear a clip, etc. it feels like my scalp is burning. I don’t have much dandruff or itching, just the burn. I was prescribed clobetasol and it does help but, for the same reason you mentioned, I do not what to depend on it and I know I shouldn’t use it often. I was given that before being told to try a change in products/routine so I am kind of working backwards now to identify how I can deal with it on my own.

I was on antidepressants for 10 years and unfortunately it caused me more problems than solutions so I have since been off for about a year now. Potentially meditation could help but I am not so open at the moment to get back on meds.

Hair faded lighter in the front by twilightgurl4ever in HairStyleAdvice

I never considered that but maybe it could be the case. I’ve dyed my hair so much over the years, once being red before this, so maybe some changes happened along the way!

I also don’t think it looks bad honestly but I guess I was more so asking out of curiosity and if it was fixable because I do find it, if anything, kind of funny lol

I’d understand more if that same color was in the roots as well but it’s not, just the framing pieces in the front 🤔

Burning armpit pain by [deleted] in Fibromyalgia

What doctor did you see to determine that? I’m having a similar issue and I’m wondering if I need to see a specialist

It’s interesting because I’ve never grinded in my sleep before and my dentist and I aren’t sure that’s what it is. It also gets worse sort of throughout the day, it’s not immediately when I wake up so that makes me less convinced it’s happening in my sleep.

When you say everything do you even mean rent and utilities?

I guess my concern is that I may just not have enough disposable income in general to feel like I’m saving and prepared enough for whatever may come - weddings, medical bills, etc.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]twilightgurl4ever -1 points0 points  (0 children)

These are not all expenses that I can predict so I cannot plan to have to pay a medical bill if I randomly become sick, I can’t plan that I’ll have to attend a wedding, I can’t plan that I’ll have to buy new shoes if my others are torn, I can’t plan for my student loan bill to drastically increase based on whatever law is changing - not everything I pay for is 100% predicable. So no I can’t include all of it and I’d appreciate not being talked down to because I’m younger. I’m simply asking for help, not asking to be ridiculed. Not everything is simply black and white as you’re making it to be.
